How long does it take?
Days, not months. Once you have approved the mockup and sent your details, most sites are ready to review within the week.
What do I need to send you?
Your hours, your address and phone number, what you sell or serve, and any photos you already have. If you have no photos we will work with what you have and tell you what would help.
Do I own it?
Yes. The domain is registered to you and the finished site is yours. Ownership is set out in the services agreement you sign before anything starts.
What if I want changes?
One round of changes is included after you see the preview. Send everything in one list. Anything beyond that is only ever billed with your say so first.
What if I already have a Facebook page?
Keep it. A Facebook page is good for posting; it is not good at being found by somebody searching your name at nine at night, and you do not own it. Your site and your page do different jobs.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Hosting, keeping the site up and secure, speed and search, and small changes like new hours or a new phone number. It starts the day your site goes live, it is quoted with the project, and you can cancel any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan runs until you cancel it, and cancelling does not take your site or your domain away from you.
How much does it cost?
Every project gets a fixed, written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Website quotes include a free mockup.
